If you are unhappy with our product for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours, & we will provide a credit to the value of your purchase. No refunds applied without prior approval from management
Due to meat being a perishable product, we are unable to accept cancellations or amendments on delivery date. However, If your delivery is delayed, we will advise you as soon as we discover the delay. If we can't deliver your product within one week from order date, we will happily cancel your order upon your request & organise full refund of your purchase price.
