Sous Vide or Slow Cooking is the process of cooking meat in a water bath. This means the end user simply has to re-heat the product, which can be done in a range of ways.
Magills have been supplying some of the country's leading food suppliers with our sous vide product for more than 10+ years. This is not only a testament to how much chefs and cooks love the product, but their customers too.
With the opening of the new Slow Cooked facility, there is a range of contract cooking options we are able to provide - from supplying companies with our own product in wholesale or retail options, to toll processing on behalf.

Flavouring: All of the products above have the ability to be left plain, have our natural ‘pulled meat’ seasoning or be flavoured with a range of options.
