Serves 10 (as snack or starter)
200gm Magills Pulled Pork
Brioche Gourmet slider buns (10 pack)
450gm bag of fresh slaw (we used the Japanese style)
Pickled red onion
Note: if making pickled onion from scratch use white vinegar, sugar and x1 red onion
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp sriracha sauce
1 tbsp runny honey
If you are making the pickled onions from scratch do this first. Thinly slice the red onion, then pop it in a small airtight container, cover with white vinegar and add a teaspoon of sugar. Leave it in the fridge for at least an hour and a half.
Once the onion is pickled, slice the slider buns in half and lightly toast in the oven or frying pan with a tiny bit of olive oil or butter.
Mix the mayo, sriracha and honey together and assemble the slaw mix.
Heat the pulled pork, remove from the bag and stir.
Spread sauce on both sides of buns, pop the slaw, pulled pork and pickled onions down. Enjoy!
