Delivery Policy 

1. Magills ship nationwide from Monday - Thursday. Orders placed before 12pm will be delivered the next following day, or on a nominated date. Orders placed Friday - Sunday will be processed Monday morning, for delivery Tuesday. No Saturday, or rural delivery available
2. Orders are shipped with a chilled freight company to ensure they are kept cold whilst in transport and can only be delivered to commercial address. If you work from home, this is not classed as commercial so we cannot deliver.
3. Overnight shipping costs per 15Kg box: LOCAL - $12, NORTH ISLAND - $15, SOUTH ISLAND - $45
4. Please complete all mandatory fields when placing your order
5. If your delivery is delayed, we will advise you as soon as we discover the delay. If we can't deliver your product within one week from order date, we will happily cancel your order upon your request & organise full refund of your purchase price
6. Due to meat being a perishable product, we are unable to accept cancellations or amendments on delivery date
7. If you are unhappy with our product for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours, & we will provide a credit to the value of your purchase. No refunds applied without prior approval from management
8. It is the customer's responsibility to be at the delivery address upon courier delivery. If you are happy for your order to be left somewhere at your house, please specify this in the 'Notes' section when placing your order. Magills will not be held accountable for meat that has not be signed for
