Magills x My Food Bag Pulled Lamb Turkish Pide
200gm Magills Pulled Lamb
1 Red Onion, diced
1 Clove Garic, thinly sliced
Spices of your choice - Harissa, Paprika, Cumin, etc
400gm Tin Chopped Tomatoes
2 Flatbreads (store bought or hand make)
100gm Greek Yoghurt
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 clove Garlic, chopped
Salt & pepper
Fresh mint and coriander
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees, then start by heating a drizzle of oil in a pan and pop your onion, garlic and spices in. Fry for 3-5 minutes until softening.
Add chopped tomatoes and Magills Pulled Lamb. Mix everything well and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
Now pop your Pulled Lamb mixture on your flatbreads and crumble your feta over. Pop into the oven for 10-15 minutes until the flatbread is cooked.
Then make your sauce by mixing all ingredients together, remove from oven, drizzle sauce over top and finish with your fresh herbs! Slice into pieces and enjoy.
