Slow Cooked Beef Cheeks with Creamy Mash & Broccolini

These tender Hereford Prime Beef Cheeks are ready in minutes.

We recommend reheating in the microwave - simply snip a corner of the bag and place upright in a bowl.

Heat in microwave for two and a half minutes or until heated through. You can also re-heat in the oven, air fryer or BBQ. Simply cook for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees.

You will need:

Magills Slow Cooked Beef Cheek

Potatoes

Butter, milk, salt, pepper

Broccolini 

Jus sauce or gravy

Method:

Start by peeling, slicing and boiling potatoes.

When they are close to being done, lightly fry some broccolini in olive oil or butter, seasoned with salt and pepper.

When potatoes are done, add a little milk, butter, salt and pepper and mash until smooth.

Then place your beef cheeks in the microwave for two and a half minutes, remove from bag once done. Top with gravy or jus and enjoy!
