These succulent Hereford Prime Beef Ribs have been coated in Rum & Que’s Bull Dust then slow cooked for hours.
They can be re-heated in the microwave, frying pan, oven, BBQ or air fryer. We recommend the microwave if serving on their own.
Simply pierce a hole in the bag and pop in the microwave for three minutes.
You will need:
Magills Slow Cooked Beef Ribs
Brown onion
Celery
Carrot
Fresh garlic
Tin of diced tomatoes
Vege stock
Red wine
Your choice of pasta
Sour cream + fresh basil to garnish
Method:
Finely dice brown onion, celery carrot & garlic. Fry in olive oil. for a few minutes.
Microwave the beef ribs then add the beef, a tin of diced tomatoes, vege stock and red wine to the vege mix and reduce to a nice thick sauce.
When the ragu mix is ten minutes away from being cooked, put your choice of pasta on. Serve with sour cream and fresh basil.
