Magills has taken this Hereford Prime Silverside and brined it to turn it into your favourite Corned Beef.
Instead of stopping there, we have slow cooked the Corned Beef to perfection - leaving you with soft, pull apart meat that melts in your mouth.
We recommend re-heating your Slow Cooked Corned Beef in the microwave to lock in the moisture. Simply snip a corner of the plastic bag, place in a bowl upright to ensure the liquid cannot escape, and heat for two and a half to three minutes until hot in the centre.
You will need:
Magills Slow Cooked Corned Beef
Rye bread
Swiss cheese
Russian sauce
Sauerkraut
Method:
Start by lightly toasting your Rye bread. Pop your Slow Cooked Corned Beef in the microwave following cooking instructions above.
Slice your Swiss cheese, when bread is done spread some Russian sauce on both pieces.
Slice Corned Beef once heated, then place Corned Beef, cheese and Sauerkraut together on sandwich and enjoy!
