Ingredients
400gm Magills Pulled Beef
500gm Rice
250gm Sour cream
1 Brown onion
115gm Continental beef stock
300gm White mushrooms
Drizzle balsamic vinegar
Tsp Smoked paprika
Tsp Garlic powder
Tbsp Tomato paste
Tbsp Butter
Salt & pepper
Method:
Pop your rice on to cook - many different ways to do it, we usually just pop in a 1:2 rice:water ratio and put in the microwave for 10 minutes.
Then dice your onion and mushroom. Place all the ingredients in a fry pan on a medium-high heat. Continue to stir to ensure everything is well mixed. By the time your rice is cooked, your stroganoff should be done too. Enjoy!
