Serves 4
Ingredients:
5-6 Magills Pork, Bacon & Leek Sausages
4 White mushrooms
1 Leek
300ml Cream
Pasta for 4 - whatever style you like!
100gm Parmesan
Garlic
To serve:
Italian parsley
Parmesan
Rocket or spinach
Method:
Begin by putting a pot of heavily salted water on to boil.
While waiting for this to heat up, slice your leek and mushrooms.
Add pasta to boiling water, and heat up a fry pan with a tiny bit of oil. Squeeze the meat from the sausage casing and brown slightly. Then add the mushrooms, leek, garlic, cream and half your parmesan. Cook until the cream begins to thicken.
By this time, your pasta should be done. You can either add the pasta to the fry pan and combine, or place the pasta in bowls and serve the sausage/leek/cream mix on top. Top with the remaining parmesan, herbs and rocket or spinach. Enjoy!
