X4 Hereford Prime 100% Brisket Patties
X4 Brioche buns
Slaw:
White cabbage
Pickled red onion
Kimchi
Carrot
Spring onion
Spicy Mayo:
4 tbsp Mayo
2 tsp Sriracha
Method:
Begin by making the pickled onions if you don’t have any on hand (slice red onion, cover with white vinegar and add 2 tsp caster sugar - pop in fridge)
Slice the cabbage, julienne the carrots and chop up the spring onion. Mix together cabbage, carrot, pickled onion, kimchi and spring onion in a bowl.
Mix mayo and sriracha together. Cook the burger patties until the internal temperature has reached 65 degrees. Lightly toast the buns, then assemble your burger!
