Serves 2
Ingredients:
2 Magills Slow Cooked Duck Legs
Spinach
Radish
Orange
Dressing:
2 tbsp Soy sauce
Tsp chilli oil
Orange juice (of half the orange)
Drizzle of honey
To Serve:
Dukkah
Method:
Remove duck legs from bags and place in the oven or airfryer for 10-15 mins at 180 degrees fan bake.
While the duck is cooking, slice radish and orange (remove skin).
Mix together dressing in a dish.
Once the duck is cooked, place all ingredients in a bowl and drizzle the dressing over along with the dukkah - enjoy!
