400gm Magills Pulled Beef
400gm Magills Slow Cooked Brisket
400 gm tin of Mexican Style Beans
200gm Crushed tomato
Chopped onion or onion powder
Fresh garlic or garlic powder
Tbsp Ground Cumin
Tbsp Harissa seasoning
Begin by putting the Mexican beans and chopped tomatoes in a frying pan. Heat for a couple of minutes then add the Pulled Beef & Slow Cooked Brisket along with the seasoning, onion and garlic.
This should only take another 5 minutes before it is ready. While you are waiting, make the guac by mixing avocado, salt, pepper and a little bit of lemon juice together.
When the meat/beans mix is cooked, serve with corn chips, guac, sour cream, coriander, chilli and melted cheese on top.
