A great option for a quick and easy lunch to feed the masses!
500gm Waratah Duroc Pork Mince
200gm Beans of your choice
2-3 Magills Chorizo Sausages
6 slices of Volare San Francisco Sourdough
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
5 tbsp BBQ or Chipotle sauce
2 tsp Cumin, Smoked Paprika & Garlic Powder
1 Brown onion
Start by dicing your brown onion then pop it in a frying pan with the tomato paste. Add your pork mince. Whilst this is starting to cook, slice your chorizo sausages thinly.
As the pork mince starts to brown, add your choice of beans and the sliced chorizo. Then add the BBQ or chipotle sauce, as well as the spices.
While this mixes, slice your Sourdough and pop it in the toaster then butter each slice, or pop your butter on and grill the slices in the oven (keep a close eye on them so they don’t burn).
Once your mince/bean mix is cooked, spoon it on top of your sourdough and top with grated parmesan and a dollop of sour cream! Enjoy
